What exactly do I buy?
Each kit is a ZIP file covering one area of your company. It contains guides in Word and PDF, a presentation in PowerPoint and PDF, Excel tools such as calculators, decision models and registers, and a sources file. Every kit page lists its files and their count before you buy.
How do I receive the files?
Once payment is confirmed you get a download link by email, and the kit appears under "My purchases" in your account. The link is valid for 7 days and 5 downloads. After that, press the download button in "My purchases" to create a new link, or request new links with your email and order number.
Do I get updates after buying?
Yes, at no cost. When we update a kit you bought, you download the new version through the same link or from "My purchases". The version number and last update date are shown on every kit page.
What is the difference between a kit, a bundle and the complete library?
A kit covers one area, such as accounting and tax or selling on Amazon. A bundle groups the kits of related areas for less than their combined individual prices. The complete library includes every kit in a single purchase. Each bundle page has a table comparing the combined prices with the bundle price.
Can I get a refund?
Before downloading: yes, a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After downloading: refunds are accepted if a file is technically defective or materially different from its published description. A bundle or the library counts as one purchase. Details are in the refund policy.
Are the files in Arabic, and which market are they for?
All files are in Arabic and written for company owners in Saudi Arabia: Saudi authorities, regulations, fees and platforms under their current official names, with examples of small Saudi businesses in riyals.
Where do the figures and fees in the files come from?
From official sources: government authority websites and published laws and regulations. Every fee or regulatory figure carries its source and verification date, and each kit includes a sources file listing them. Where we could not confirm something, the file says so and tells you where to check.
Is it a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once for a kit or a bundle, and the displayed price is the final price. No subscription and no renewal.
How do I pay?
By card (Visa or Mastercard) on the payment provider's secure checkout page; we never see your card details. You need an account on the site to complete a purchase, and creating one takes a minute.
Do the files replace a lawyer or an accountant?
No. The content is practical guidance that explains the area and helps you decide and act. Legal, tax and contractual matters need a qualified specialist to review them before any commitment with regulatory or financial consequences.
