1 — Definitions
- "Platform": kbmbook.com and its associated applications and services.
- "We": Digital Salla LLC — registered in the United States (EIN: 38-4283036), the entity operating the platform.
- "User" / "you": anyone using the platform, registered or visitor.
- "Product": a bundle of digital files (guides, presentations, Word templates and Excel tools) delivered as a downloadable archive.
2 — Accounts
- Accounts require accurate details and a verified email address.
- You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms with reasoned notice, preserving paid entitlements per the Refund Policy.
3 — Digital products and licensing
- Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files within your company, with no expiry.
- Resale, publication, or sharing beyond the license is prohibited.
- Intellectual property remains with us or our licensors.
4 — Nature of the content and liability
Products are practical guides, templates and tools based on official sources cited in each product with their verification dates. Regulations and fees change, so verify important information with the competent authority before relying on it.
The content is not legal, tax or accounting advice for your specific case. Our aggregate liability for any product shall not exceed the amount paid for it.
5 — Delivery, downloads and updates
- Once payment is confirmed you receive a download link for each product by email, and your purchases are always in "My purchases".
- Each download link is valid for 7 days and up to 5 downloads; request a new one any time from your account or with your order number.
- Later updates to a product you bought are free and reach you through the same download link.
6 — Prices, payment, invoices
- Prices are displayed in SAR (ر.س); the final price is shown clearly before confirmation.
- Prices are final. A payment receipt is emailed to you, and your orders and their numbers are in your account.
- Any change in tax treatment will be stated explicitly at checkout and on the invoice.
7 — Acceptable use
- No unlawful activity or infringement of others' rights.
- No circumvention of security controls, automated scraping, or resource abuse.
- Do not publish or share your download links with others.
8 — Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-platform reasonably in advance; continued use after effect constitutes acceptance.
9 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Salla LLC is registered, without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
