1 — General principle
Approved refunds return to the original payment method; requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
2 — Digital products
- Before download: full refund within 14 days.
- After download: refunds are accepted for technically defective files or material mismatch with the published description, upon review.
- Expectations differing from an accurate description are not a defect — read the product page and its FAQ carefully.
3 — Bundles and the complete library
- A bundle is one purchase: before any of its products is downloaded you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days.
- After part of it is downloaded: requests are reviewed case by case, and the undownloaded products may be partially refunded.
4 — How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from your registered address, or use the contact page.
- Include the order number (e.g. KBM-10001) and a brief reason.
- We review and respond within 3 business days.
- On approval: refunds to the original payment method take 5 to 10 business days depending on the provider, and the refunded product's download links stop working.
5 — Exceptions
- Free items are outside this policy's scope.
- Repeated abuse of the policy may limit the feature after notice.
- Nothing here limits mandatory statutory rights in your country of residence.
