Closing a business can take different routes: deregistering a sole establishment, dissolving and liquidating a company, dissolving a company that never traded, or bankruptcy procedures when debts exceed assets. The wrong route is costly: voluntarily liquidating a distressed company makes partners and managers jointly liable for the remaining debt.

The kit includes an 8-question checker that identifies your route, a guide to each route with its articles, authorities and links, a 46-step ordered checklist, a calculator for employee entitlements, and 12 templates for resolutions, notices, clearances and the final report. If you have employees, notice must be at least 60 days. You finish with a deregistered business and closed files with ZATCA, GOSI, Qiwa and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and Balady.

All files in this kit are in Arabic and tailored to the Saudi market.
