An investor, partner or buyer asks what your company is worth. Without a considered figure, you end up negotiating on a number set by the other side, and in some cases the Companies Law requires an accredited valuer, so your own estimate is not enough.

The kit explains the three valuation approaches simply: income (discounted cash flow), market (multiples and comparable transactions) and cost (adjusted net assets). It includes a ready valuation calculator where you first adjust earnings for owner salary, personal expenses and one-off items, then calculate a low and high value and the value of a specific stake, plus a decision model on who should value your company and a directory of 39 licensed business valuation firms. The calculator gives an estimate for negotiation, not a valuation report from an accredited valuer.

All files in this kit are in Arabic and tailored to the Saudi market.
