You have a successful brand and are considering franchising it, or you found a franchise opportunity and are considering buying it. Either way, the Franchise Law and its regulations impose specific duties: a disclosure document, an agreement with mandatory clauses, and registration within 90 days, and signing without calculations can leave you paying fees that a branch's profit does not cover.

The kit includes a presentation and two 12-step tracks, one for the franchisor and one for the franchisee, plus a guide to the law article by article and to Monsha'at Franchise Center services, financing and tax. It also has a disclosure document template with its sixteen elements, a 23-article agreement covering 19 mandatory clauses, a feasibility calculator, a decision model for expansion and financing, a compliance deadlines log and 12 ready messages and forms. It also explains when franchise financing from the Social Development Bank may suit you.

All files in this kit are in Arabic and tailored to the Saudi market.
